Description
WHAT WE DELIVER
- Live slaughtering of healthy Qurbani animals at our warehouse;
- Live weight approximately 30 to 32 kgs;
- Packaged clean meat approximately 12 to 14 kgs;
- All parts are packed separately after being completely cleaned and cut in standard boti size;
- Separate packs include: Leg (Raan), Chest (Seena), Shoulder (Dasti), Neck (Gardan), Front Chops (Chanmp), Back Chops (Puth), Liver (Kaleji), Trotters (Paaye) and Flanks for Qeema;
- 1 Leg (Raan) is cut into boti cut and 1 is kept whole uncut for Roast;
- All animal skins will be donated to Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hopsital; and
- Paaye will be provided with meat after cleaning with water.
